No app store, no password. They sign in with a mobile number and a texted code. Regulars see their usual at the top and reorder in two taps. Payment goes through Square before they leave the house, and we text them the moment their coffee is ready.

An iPad sits at the machine. Each order is a card, and cards change colour as they age so nothing gets forgotten. Tick off drinks, hit one big Ready button, and the customer gets their text. Group orders arrive as a single card.
